Warranty and Claims Support
BISTE Parts provides a limited warranty for defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and service conditions. The supplied policy references product-specific 24-month and 12-month coverage periods. Coverage excludes issues including incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, accidents, normal wear and unresolved faults elsewhere in the vehicle’s air suspension system. The warranty covers the part itself, not labor, diagnosis, towing, vehicle rental or other incidental or consequential costs. Contact warranty@biste-parts.com and obtain authorization before returning a product; qualifying returns require an RMA number.
